IAA selected V+O Communication and Prospero to promote a healthy lifestyle
Bucharest, June 4th 2009 – After a pitch at which participated 10 communication agencies, IAA Romania selected V+O Communication and Prospero to further continue the educational campaign for a healthy lifestyle in 2009. The campaign is initiated by some companies, IAA members, in partnership with CNA, and aims to raise awareness over the risks that come out from the lack of a balanced nutrition and physical activity, offering solutions in order to eliminate them.
„The agencies partners in this campaign, V+O Communication and Prospero, proved an excellent comprehension of Romanians actual lifestyle as a strategic thinking and the capacity to approach the project in an integrated manner”, declared Victor Dobre, Executive Director IAA Romania.
The educational campaign about a healthy lifestyle started in 2008, having 2 main pillars: a balanced nutrition and the physical exercise and aims to continue this year too in order to educate the consumers to adopt a healthy lifestyle. The campaign will be developed from June until December 2009 and will be an integrated one including conventional and unconventional communication tactics. In the first phase, the campaign seeks to help the Romanians to be aware of their actual lifestyle, were nutrition and physical exercise play an important role and then to educate the public. This project is the first one with such amplitude initiated in a common effort by the industry, under IAA Romania umbrella, and in partnership with the National Audiovisual Council.
„We think that we can make a difference in consumers’ education and together with the team project we succeed indentifying efficient approach methods in order to complete the objectives of this campaign. Is a challenging project however very important for the consumers therefore we are motivated to fight in order to change Romanians lifestyle”, told Loredana Vişa, General Manager V+O Communication.
The companies supporting the campaign are: Agrana România, Coca-Cola România, Hochland România, Kraft Foods România, Mars România, Nestle România, Unilever South Central Europe.
V+O Communication will coordinate the whole communication for this campaign. The team working for this project is comprised from: Loredana Vişa – General Manager, Irina Alexandru – PR Account Manager, Andreea Keresztes – PR Executive. The Prospero team which will implement the BTL activities for this project comprises the followings: Alexandru Călinescu – General Manager, Adi Cârnu –BTL Director and Andra Voinescu – Project Manager & Implementation.
